Have had their service for about 3 years and very happy. They are always willing to help with any problems. My internet speed slowed down dramatically after a recent storm so yesterday I called for help and left a message. They were here to fix it right away today. The technician was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He did some testing and was able to fix the problem quickly. He also made sure everything was working before he left which is very appreciated! Prior to Airrunner we used Frontier which was horrible customer service and internet was always down. So happy to have a excellent local provider!
This service is the best, we have been a customer for about 9 years and have nothing to complain about, sure it may have gone down once or twice a year for circumstances beyond Air Runners control, these outages were usually pretty short lived. I have experienced other services such as Frontier and Spectrum with outages too. I have never wrote a Google review until now but I just had to write something here. I just cannot believe all these negative comments, it is just so unfair in my opinion!
This is the best internet service provider for our rural area. They provide unlimited usage at speeds needed for the average household at a competitive price. Like all ISP's there will be outages, but Airrunner provides great customer service. When we have had issues, there has been great communication from the company. The owner has even come to our home to diagnose, evaluate and remedy any issue we had.
Love AirRunner Networks for my internet! I’ve been dealing with Bill and his team for almost a decade now both for business and residential internet. Their service is nothing short of amazing! Very prompt on responding to service/support requests and very seldom am I without internet for more than an hour or 2. Definitely recommend them for your home or business internet needs!!
We were customers for quite a few years and had problems from day one with connectivity, speed and other issues too numerous to mention ; but thought we had no other options. We were dropped last year because the owner claimed they could no longer "service" us; and we did find another carrier who we are satisfied with. The field techs have always been pleasant and helpful and would try to rectify problems we encountered; which was quite often. But the owner can be very rude and "touchy" and was not interested in providing the speeds and consistency we paid for. I don't see this company surviving once high speed internet expands to more rural areas. Edited for rebuttal: At no time did I post untrue things on Facebook about AirRunner. I had asked if anyone else was having trouble with their service; and never once bashed them; although there were negative postings from others. I "went away"(i.e. I assume, stopped posting) because the techs replaced my equipment and service was momentarily improved. I have the screenshots of the conversation to prove this. In this day and age I'm amazed any company would make a bogus claim when there are so many way to document a conversation. My review stands as fact. Stay away from these guys!!!
