This was my first time as a new client at Design Works. My personal hair stylist had rutted. I had Meghan. She was extremly kind and knowledgeable, and her technique was spot on. She is much cheaper than my old hairstylist, which I didn't know the cost going into this. I just wanted somebody who knew how to color and style, which she most certainly does. I am so grateful to have had this experience, Lily is honestly very very talented and knowledgeable, she listens to what you want, and explains what she is doing. Our conversations were really nice and not awkward and she let me then relax and get my hair done. To be completely honest, I was a bit apprehensive about trying somewhere new, but I recently moved to the Mosinee area and thought let’s try a random place. I was booked with Lily, the moment I walked through the doors she was there to greet me and had such good energy, I had such a wonderful experience, Lily is young and incredibly knowledgeable and very very great at what she does, I had the best highlights I have ever had, and my hair was cut perfectly, the price was surprisingly less then I had anticipated, and the conversations were honestly delightful. Lily listened to what I wanted and she explained what she was doing and let me relax as well as made me feel comfortable. I have had so many compliments and I just want to give credit where credit is due, and LILY YOU ARE DEFINITELY A ASSET TO THIS SALON.
