Was not very enthusiastic about my visit had to wait in the lobby for 10 min with one other customer while one car was in the drive threw while an employee just sat in the lobby and watched us wait... I understand it could have been your break but dont just sit there in the lobby while customers are complaining about service then the ketchup is also empty and dident get filled till my food was cold and I dident want the ketchup up any more. The floor was dirty and 40%+ of the tables where dirty.
Great food and not a bad wait for getting FRESH food that hasn't been sitting for hours like other fast food places.
Everything that I ordered was nice and hot, and the person who took our order was very pleasant!! Really good food and people, I give them a big thumbs up 😊!!
The young men working that day were polite and helpful. The burgers were fresh and hot. Took 2 Ham sandwich home with us for lunches. They reheat great. We real miss our Hardee's that closed and was happy to find this jem!
Went there to get some food and all the staff wanted to do was talk. I waited and even tried to get their attention but no luck. Maybe they are getting paid to talk and ignore there customers?
