If I could give negative stars, I WOULD!! This was THE WORST pizza I have ever had!! I bragged to my husband how amazing pizza huts vegetarian pizza was and then when we ordered one here, IT WAS THE WORST PIZZA EVER!! Absolutely no cheese at all that I could find! The crust was hard as a rock! The veggies were really thick and under cooked. Just absolutely the worst!! We paid $22 for TRASH!! I could have gotten a better Jack's or tombstone pizza at the store!
The wings and deserts are good! That's about it. Oh! And the presales sodas are yummy. The pizza is terrible. Last 4 times I've ordered a pizza from this location it has come back disgusting. Ingredients going bad, pizza not fully cooked and/or falling apart, hair in the cheese. I went to the Wausau location a few weeks back to make sure it wasn't pizza hut as a whole and it was great! The Merrill location is the one with the problem. Just stay away from the pizza.
I put no tip on the order so i could give the driver cash tip. So he didn't knock on the door and we didn't see him come up, pizza got cold. He didn't get his cash tip. KNOCK IF YOU WANT YOUR TIPS. Also have gotten lip from drives before about no tip on the bill. Then I told them I had cash tip for them they changed their tune.
I'm pizza man,10 years experience in virginia beach and nyc and I can say this location for pizza hut it's garbage. Cheese in pizza 2/10 , vegetables in pizza too big and not sliced small enough 3/10, the pasta need more oil for you can test the crust 1/10.. and the most important thing you can work at pizza hut without experience 😒.
It was a bad experience few weeks beforehand I order pizza they gave me black olives and I asked for bell peppers they gave me $8 voucher on the pizza which cost more than $8 that we didn't eat. And as well this experience my last experience with you guys was horrible they overcharged me $24 for two medium pepperoni pizzas and I asked for hand tossed they give me pan... I think the people need more experience on the phone the food was lukewarm they must already had it made cuz they only took me 5 minutes to get there my pizza was already ready so you tell me..
