The man in the window was amazing! We had a bunch of good laughs, and he really hooked me up. They were out of rice. So i told him "I just don't eat meat, so i trust you. Make something delicous." I then had the best veggie burrito from TB I've ever had. They all took care of me.
I absolutely will never be returning to taco bell. Not only do I never receive what I order, it’s never correct and it always comes out looking like my 7 year old made it. Honestly the people can be super nice but the quality of their food and attention to my order is the reason I will not be returning.
I have $20 bill and ask to place my order with cash no one wanted to help. The one older lady super short hair said what’s your name..I said I would like to order the breakfast box with cinnamon iced coffee. …I’m the only one inside she looks at me and says what’s your name. I tell her. She gives me soda cup I tell her I order ice coffee. She looks at me and walks away. I ask make sure it’s cinnamon delight iced she hands me regular roast coffee at this point i don’t want to “speak to a manager “I decided to just leave. Will not come back. So sad she’s like over 45 years old not friendly customer service I wasn’t rude I wasn’t rush I was smiling and polite.
I’m allergic to dairy and they have gotten my order wrong three times in a row now. They put cheese and sour cream on my order when I asked for none. I order on the app and there is no way to get your money back. They also consistently forget items like the cinnamon twists
Order a chalupa supreme all that was in it was sour cream and barely any beef . I had called the taco Bell back shift manager and she was friendly at 1st , but when I told her that she has to watch the staff on when they make orders to make sure that they are correct she got rude and said that I swore on which I didn't. ,Then she hung up the phone.tried calling back but she kept the phone off got a busy signal.
