Went through the drive through at Merrill. With KFC and the Bell together...there's quite a variety. I had a couple juicy soft shell tacos and topped it off with (my favorite) KFC pot pie.
I ordered the #8 from taco bell and my tacos were all broken couldn't even eat them needed a spoon which I don't carry with me smh and they were in the bag upside down cause when I picked one up all the lettuce and cheese went all over my lap terrible experience today
***KFC is in the same building if you're utilizing your maps. Very well made taco bell. Even got a Mexican pizza
General seating are was clean. Restroom clearly have not been cleaned in weeks stained and smell. Food had burn dust from kitchen area not being kept clean cpuld see food on floor in back area where something as simple as a broom would have helped. As I ate watched in the kitchen area employees where using gloves when handling food which was good to see.
Terrible, and has gotten worse over time. Today the food was inedible. Tacos were super soggy, crunch wrap was wet and didn’t hold its shape and shells had a chemical smell like old stale cardboard or something exposed. Lettuce had an old wilted texture. Overall food was also cold and under prepared. I am very hesitant to eat here again, at least not for a long time until they can improve.
