After placing an order online, they called and said they didn't have a driver so I drove in. Walked into the store and the manager completely ignored me, when the woman finally went to grab my order off the rack to hand it to me, he called her to help him with another order instead. I asked if i could just get my pizza quick so it doesnt get cold, he said "its on a warming rack" to which i replied but it will dry out. Manager should be demoted at the least. Got home and saw these sad wings. I cannot say I will ever willingly go here again. Pizza wasn't bad.
Ordered delivery, was the only place open. We get the delivery didn't open it until we were in our kitchen. We had ordered a triple baconstix, when we noticed it wasn't a triple we called right away, first we spoke to the call center who when I counted the stixs for them transferred me directly to a manager of the location. When I tried to explain the order was short, they said that it's just the way it's cut. I said no, a triple would fill the box. They said no, it's just the way it's cut, that's why there isn't as many. My boyfriend, whose dinner it was got on the phone and asked if we were able to send a picture, they said they didn't have the capability. He said ok, we will be right down to show you. At this point with not being heard on the call, we just wanted to get the money back. We got down there, the young man in the kitchen apologized and explained it was his 3rd day. And we said that's okay, accidents happen. He was willing to remake it, we said no thank you, we just wanted to speak to the manager. He brought the manager up front and my boyfriend asked if he was the one we spoke with on the phone, he said no, my boyfriend asked if he dialed the number who would he get? He'd like to speak to that person. The manager said do you want my help or not? I explained that we were supposed to be transferred to a manager from the phone, that person was very rude, we tried to explain the order wasn't correct and we were told it was just the way its cut. Clearly, it's not, it doesn't even fill a good portion of the triplestix box. He apologized, said the guy in the kitchen used the wrong pattern, we said, accidents happen but that could fit one of those small boxes if you bring it to compare. So when we explained it didnt fill the triplestix box, its not the way it was cut. He said it must have been the driver we spoke with not wanting to lose out on the tip. As managers in customer service ourselves, we were really not impressed with his responses. Don't blame the others, just apologize and help find a solution. End result: The manager refunded the order, asked if we wanted it. We said no thank you, give it to the guy in the kitchen. The young man in the kitchen was very sweet and had tried to rectify the situation promptly.
I placed an order for my birthday dessert Stix and it said it would be ready by 8pm(on 9/3/2023). I got there only to not be greeted for almost 20 minutes and that was ONLY after another employee got there for their shift. I told him I waited that long just to be greeted even and he apologized and then looked all around for them only to ask the other guy(maybe the manager) who said he didn't have an order for it even though my email showed it was ready for pickup. The "manager" was rude and telling me their online orders don't always come through. He just said "I'm not going to argue with you do you want to wait or not" I said how long and he just held his arms out and I said are you going to answer me....how long? He still stood there then said I have 2 orders ahead of you so 15 minutes I said I can't I have to get our other food home as I have a diabetic child at home waiting for dinner. I went to my car then went in to show him my email and he's like well I don't have that on my screen I said can you just put me down for a free one because unfortunately it's already been pulled from my account. I explained I didn't care about the food it was free but the rudeness and lack of communication was uncalled for. He only apologized for the fact that it wasn't there not the lack of communication. Didn't say hey welcome to toppers it'll just be a minute(he told my oldest that when she went in but he didn't know we were together as she was in the bathroom when I went in so he had no idea for a few minutes) and those few minutes were 20 minutes. He did seem to rush a little when i said my diabetic child was waiting on her food and said he also has a diabetic child. The employee who got there later was the most helpful in this whole situation.
My daughter ordered a pizza on the Toppers app while we were driving home from up North, and it was ready when we arrived. All I had to do was go in and pay because it was my charge card instead of hers. We came from a party where there was no vegan pizza for her. Toppers offers a special plant based cheese which melts nicely. She also loves their roasted tomatoes as a topping. She ate the entire medium pizza by herself, so it must have been good. The place is super easy to find from the freeway. It's in a strip mall next door to a Panera. The staff was friendly and more than helpful. It made for a quick pit stop to fill the pit of her crazy vegan stomach.
I just ordered from this place. let me tell you. I do not appreciate the attitude of the delivery driver. When he finally brought me my soda. He said I don't appreciate it when you yell at me. So I apologized. But here's the thing when I yell at you I do a lot of hand gesturing, cursing and attitude. As well as a very thick southern accent. So I made the decision not to order from this place. Gonna go no contact.
